Carly Pontius earned a Bachelor of Performing Arts in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University’s Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment. Other recent performing appearances include TEXAS Outdoor Musical, and Christmas at the Southern Palace (Six flags over Texas, Wow! Entertainment). Since beginning her dance journey in high school, tap has been Carly’s favorite style to learn the technique and history of. Carly is grateful to be able to tap alongside other Coloradans who share the love for the style, and hopes to contribute to the growth of tap in the Rocky Mountain region as a performer and teacher.
